This Holiday Walmart Connects Brands With Shoppers in New Ways

Walmart introduces the “Joy. Fully” campaign, to help customers celebrate being fully present this holiday and make it as magical as possible. To connect brands to consumers and their changed habits, Walmart Connect is offering holistic programs through digital properties, omnichannel integrations, in-store activations and new forms of shoppable media.


Holiday Shoppable Livestreams: With promising engagement, increasing viewership and positive shop signals, Walmart will continues with a series of on- and off-platform shoppable livestreams with various publishers, well-known influencers, and more.


Shoppable Recipes: Part of the “Joy. Fully” campaign, “Taste. Fully” will amplify mouthwatering food ideas. On Pinterest, Walmart co-created the first large-scale launch of shoppable recipes with supplier partners like General Mills, Kraft and PepsiCo.


First-to-market AR interactive shopping experience: Partnered with Facebook, Walmart combines the best of facial-recognition AR with Walmart’s unbeatable product assortment. Customers can browse holiday gift ideas from brands like Google, Nintendo, The LEGO Group and Samsung, using their facial expressions to identify which items spark joy for them bringing the joy back to shopping.
